Auto update on serverside
i have a "other site" fetching proccess on my site, that writes data on
database, and runs with every refresh of index page.
it makes page slow load, so i want to use a way* for auto updating
database apart from the page refreshing and only fetch database on index
page. in makes speed much better.
like a timer for fetching other site every N minutes.
